SINC USER AGREEMENT

A. GUIDELINES

When submitting or posting Content to DAZZLE, you agree not to do any of the following:

1. to submit or post to the Forum any Content deemed pornographic or obscene, as determined by LACA.
2. to post defamatory statements.
3. to post hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable Content.
4. to harass, threaten or intentionally embarrass another Forum visitor.
5. to impersonate another person.

B. LIABILITY FOR CONTENT

LACA is responsible for the Knowledge Base Content, but any form of Content expressed or made available to visitors of Dazzle Forum are those of the respective author(s) and not of LACA. LACA neither endorses nor guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any such Content. If your unsure about some content - Please contact LACA regarding the evaluation of any such specific Content.

C. MONITORING

LACA shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and/or pre-screen the Content of the Forum to determine compliance with this Agreement and any other rules established by LACA. LACA shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, or remove any Content submitted to or posted in the Forum. Without limiting the foregoing, LACA shall have the right to remove any material that LACA, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable. Notwithstanding this right of LACA, the Content provider shall remain solely responsible for their Content posted to the Forum and you acknowledge and agree that LACA shall not assume nor have any liability for any action or inaction by LACA with respect to any conduct, communication or posting in the Forum or any of its Content.

D. SENSATIVE INFORMATION

Be aware when using the Forum that the information is shared between all districts that are partnered with LACA.

F. PROTECTION OF PASSWORD

In cases where you have allowed any other individual to access the Forum through your password or have negligently made your password publicly available, you recognize that you are fully responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such users; (ii) controlling the users' access to and use of the Forum; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse.

G. GENERAL

LACA reserves the right to terminate the Forum at any time and to alter the nature of this service or the terms of this Agreement at any time, without notice. Please refer to this Agreement from time to time for any updates LACA may make to this Agreement.
