Setting up Outlook for use with LACA's Exchange Server

Outlook 2000 and 2002 can make connections to Exchange server using MAPI, Microsoft's Message Application Programming Interface.  To find out which version you have, start up Outlook and choose "Help...About".   Then choose the correct set of instructions from the list below.   Each version does things a little bit differently

NOTE:  If you have Outlook 2003 or 2007, you should follow the instructions on setting up RPC over HTTPS.  These setups for 2002 and 2000 are for older clients and do not have the same functionality as 2003 and 2007.
