Note: LACA no longer uses Netmeeting
as our primary means of remote desktop support. We have replaced this with
UltraVNC Single Click (accessed by clicking the Request Remote Assistance button
in the upper-right of your screen). These documents are still available as they
may still be useful in some instances.
Netmeeting is a utility included with Windows
XP that allows a remote person to see your desktop and assist you with problems.
