C-Tec has all employee using the Kiosk to get there direct deposit information. 
Monthly conference call was cancelled.

September

Maysville has everyone in their district posting all leave in the Kiosk.  Regina met with Melody and Mary to review issues.  All issues were resolved or a work around was found.

Monthly meeting was at MEC.  Enhancements requests were prioritized.  Work groups presented their recommendations.  An enhancement release was distributed on August 26.

James Group presented a document listing the requested enhancements.
Two work groups were formed to:
    a) define Roles and responsibilities of the Kiosk Administrators
    b) further define the leave request and export module

Maysville starting posting leave in the Kiosk.
Test version of the IPDP module the production version to test.
SSDT created a Agreement for Limited Information Processing to be signed by all districts using the Kiosk.

Maysville agreed to pilot the Leave module. 
Advisory Board was created.  Audio conferences will be held monthly.  Face-to-Face meeting will be held quarterly.  Priorities and timelines were discussed.

March 2007

It was decided by the participating ITC's to continue with the HR Kiosk Project.

February 2007

Documentation for suggested cleanup and entering email addresses was created
Documentation for registering for the Kiosk was created.
C-Tec agreed to pilot the Personnel portion of the HR Kiosk.

December 2006

Employee Kiosk was released.  Information was sent to SSDT to setup C-Tec on the Kiosk.  LACA employees are to pilot the Kiosk.

November 2005

LACA signed a letter of Commitment with the MCOECN to participate in the development of an Employee Kiosk.  LACA will fund the project for the start up.  The following Modules will be part of the project:
