Sandy has been the director of LACA since it's inception in 1982. She graduated from the Dean's list in 1977 from Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana with an Associates Degree in Computer Technology. Sandy manages the entire LACA staff and is responsible for the overall  functioning, efficiency, and growth of the organization.

After completing a B.S. in Operations Management, Jon moved to Japan where he studied inter-cultural communication and taught English for nine years. Jon also managed a private school and studied CALL (Computer Aided Language Learning).  At LACA, he is curator and manager of the IVDL vision as well as office and operational management.  He also has committee and organizational roles. Jon is a devoted proponent for technology in education.
 

Chad first started with LACA in 1994. His role is to oversee the technical aspects of LACA, including mainframes, servers, network equipment, and software applications.  Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ohio University.  He also holds Cisco CCNP and CCDP certifications.
 

Joey has been with LACA since December of 1997. He received an Associates Degree in Geographics from Hocking College in 1997. He also has received certificates in programming and wiring from Novell. Joey's primary responsibility is the wide area network (WAN). He is also backup for the local area network (LAN) support to the local districts.  He also holds Cisco CCNP and CCDP certifications.
 

Trish has been with LACA since October of 1996. She has an Associates Degree in Library Science from Ohio Dominican College. She was a library aide at Willis C. Adams Middle School in the Johnstown-Monroe Local School District for seven and a half years before coming to LACA. Her primary responsibility is to provide support for the INFOhio project. This includes technical support and training for all aspects of the Sirsi K-12  library automation software and technical support and training for electronic resources.
 

Jeff has been with LACA since October 2005. He has received his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Devry University. Prior to joining LACA, Jeffrey Davis worked with companies like Wal-Mart, Leapfrog, Donato's Pizza and Paramount Companies - giving him over 19 years worth of information systems service experience. His current role is to deploy and support the Data Analysis for Student Learning software application.

Jerry is a graduate of Washington State Community College with an Associates Degree in Computer Programming. Jerry was on the Presidents List, Dean's List, and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. He is Student Services Manager and is responsible for technical support on DASL, ProgressBook, SSEM, SIS and EMIS.

Elizabeth has a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in Human Development and Family Studies.  This past year she started taking graduate courses towards a master's in Education.  She is the K-12 Classroom Data Coordinator at LACA and is responsible for training and support for teachers using ProgressBook interface software.  

Linda has been with LACA since October of 1994. She has an Associates Degree in Computer Programming from COTC. Her primary responsibilities are support and training of the Student Information System

Melody has been with LACA since February of 1997. She has a Bachelors in Business Management from Otterbein. Melody worked for over ten years as the business manager for several small companies where she was responsible for all the accounting and payroll procedures. Her primary responsibility is to provide support and training to the Treasurer's office staff. This includes accounting, payroll, equipment inventory, and GAAP.

Mary is a 1987 graduate of Cedarville College with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. Mary was the Assistant Treasurer at Tri-Valley Local Schools for 2 1/2 years and Treasurer at West Muskingum Local Schools for 1 1/2 years prior to coming to LACA in May of 1992. Mary's primary responsibility is to assist the districts in implementing the EMIS data and helping the districts to correct errors and interpret reports. Because of her background, she is backup support for Fiscal applications. Mary is also responsible for installing all the State Software releases.

Helen has been with LACA since March 2003. She has an Associate Degree in Computer Technology from Columbus State. Helen comes from Huntington Bank and Lucent Technologies.

David joined LACA in December 2003, following eight years of service with AT&T and Bank One. As Network Coordinator, he provides local area network server management and supports the LACA wide area network. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology

Bobbie has been with LACA since September of 1998. She is a graduate of Logan High School and Tri-County Joint Vocational School where she received a Vocational Certificate in the field of Office Services.  Her primary responsibility is to provide technical and user support and training for the INFOhio Project, the Sirsi-K12 automation software, and other educational software packages supported by LACA.
