Stephanie joined LACA in March of 2024 as the Executive Director. She has been in education for 20 years, beginning as a school counselor at Licking Heights Local School District. In 2005, she was hired by the Career & Technology Education Centers of Licking County (C-TEC). After teaching a few years, she completed a Master’s degree in Educational Policy and Leadership and received her Superintendent’s license from The University of Dayton becoming an administrator at C-TEC in 2010. Stephanie served as Assistant Superintendent at C-TEC for the past four years.

Alexander, Joey

Joey has been with LACA since December
of 1997. He received an Associates Degree in Geographics from Hocking
College in 1997. He also has received certificates in programming and
wiring from Novell. He also holds Cisco CCNP and CCDP
certifications. His role is to oversee the technical aspects of LACA, including mainframes, servers, network equipment, and software applications.

Kellie joined LACA in July of 2022. She received a master’s degree from Concordia University Chicago and Marygrove College. She has been a teacher, adjunct professor, gifted coordinator, principal, curriculum director, and human resources director during her 30+ years in education. Kellie oversees the Student Services, Library Support, and Fiscal Support staff as the LACA Director of Operations.

BreAnn joined LACA in April of 2023. She started out in education at North Fork Local Schools as an EMIS Coordinator and then transferring to the Knox County Career Center. There, she was the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, EMIS Coordinator, and an Adult Education Instructor.

Blubaugh, Shelly
Interim EMIS Support Coordinator

Shelly joined LACA in February of 2024 as an interim EMIS Support Coordinator. She has a combined total of 26 years working in the school system. She began her career at the Licking County ESC at Flying Colors working with the public school preschool grant, special education, and EMIS reporting. After taking a break from education, she returned to the school system at Johnstown-Monroe Local Schools as an Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and then EMIS Coordinator, North Fork Local Schools as EMIS Coordinator, Knox County Career Center as an Attendance/Discipline Administrative Assistant, and then Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, and now at C-TEC as EMIS Coordinator.

Jake joined LACA in June 2020, following 13 years of financial & operational experience in manufacturing. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Marietta College. As a Fiscal Support Coordinator, Jake will be supporting USAS-R, USPS-R, & Kiosk.

Garee, Jeni

Jeni started at LACA in June of 2021. She has been in education for 18 years, starting as a para-professional for LCESC and then becoming an Administrative Assistant for LCESC/Phoenix Central (Citadel) and then moving into a high school guidance secretary position for Lakewood High school. She has several years of experience working in Progress Book, Student Information, SPS, and Grade book. Some of her previous roles was LAMA director, Team leader for SI, and EMIS. She will be working as a Student Support Service Coordinator for ProgressBook.

Charles joined LACA in June 2015 after
working at the WHIZ Media Group for 8 years. In his previous position
he designed and managed the network and server infrastructure as well as
developed custom in-house tools and applications. In his free time,
Charles enjoys spending time with his friends and watching hockey.

Tiffany joined LACA in August 2022. Prior to joining LACA, she supported eFinancePlus for 2 years. Tiffany will be supporting USAS-R, USPS-R, & Kiosk. Tiffany has a Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Writing from Kent State University. She has extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting support.

2006. She has a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in
Human Development and Family Studies. As a Student Services Support
Coordinator, Elizabeth supports The ProgressBook Application suite which
includes GradeBook, StudentInformation, and SPS.

Leanne has been with LACA since July 2010. She has an Associate Degree in Applied Business in Microcomputer Applications from Muskingum Area Technical College (Zane State College) and also worked for them in the Workforce Development department. Leanne has many years of experience working in education and also previously worked for C-TEC (Career and Technology Education Centers of Licking County.

Robert joined LACA in May 2010. He comes from the IT department at a Television and Radio station in Zanesville, Ohio. Robert has a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/Networking. As Systems Manager, Robert is responsible for the overall operation of the LACA Server and Network Infrastructure.

Mike joined LACA in March 2019 after graduating from My Computer Career, having obtained numerous industry standard IT certifications. Building on a twenty year technical foundation with diverse experience in CAD/CAM, CNC, and Coding environments. Long history
of customer service roles including talking to customers, resolving issues, and
cold calling. Easily adapts to changing, fast-paced environments, and new
technologies. Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently. Task
and goal oriented with good communication and excellent problem solving
abilities.

Stoehr, Jon
Network Coordinator

Jon Stoehr joined LACA in May of 2016. He brings with him over a decade and a half of IT experience, with more than half of that gained while working at a local career center. Jon has his Associates Degree in Information Technology, and is continuing to work on his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. In conjunction with his education, and experience, Jon also hold several industry certifications, the most recent being earned for VMware. Jon provides support for internet filtering, wireless services, and LACA's Datacenter infrastructure. Jon also provides backup support for video services, Cisco VoIP phone systems, and LAN support.

David joined LACA in December 2003, following eight years of service with AT&T and Bank One. As Video Services Manager, he provides technical support of the LACA distance learning program and assists with E-Rate and network services. He has served as chair of the Ohio Distance Learning Association since 2014. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.

Matthew joined the LACA team as of June 2022. He’s experienced and has been serving Ohio Schools around the state as an ITC Specialist since 2004. He has a Bachelor’s degree from DeVry University in Technical Management with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems. As the Student Database and Application Manager, Matthew is supporting districts’ data needs for database exports, custom reporting, custom software functionality, vendor integrations, custom software, as well as any general ProgressBook Application Suite software support or questions. He also specializes in Microsoft Excel and Access.
