Cherwell Helpdesk Upgrade beginning Friday 6pm

LACA will be doing a Cherwell Helpdesk Upgrade planned for Friday, March 22 @ 6:00 pm – Sunday, March 24 @ 4:00 pm.   It is possible that service may be restored by Saturday afternoon.  Cherwell Helpdesk availability will be limited during this upgrade window. A notification will be sent out when the upgrade is complete and Cherwell access has been restored.  No other systems will be affected.
