Margaret Peterson Haddix visited Adams Middle School in Johnstown on October 27
The bestselling author is best know for her children's series, The Shadow Children and The Missing.
She signed books, conducted a writer's workshop and spoke to the students about her different titles and how she came up with the ideas.
