More Information
If you need help with any of LACA's services,  you can allow a member of LACA's staff to take remote control of your computer to assist you.   The link above opens a small application that allows LACA's support staff to control your computer and see the same screen you are seeing.  You can save this application to your computer to run whenever you want, or you can choose to run the program immediately without saving it.

NOTE:  YOU DO NOT NEED TO INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER TO MAKE THIS WORK.

Software Information

The software LACA is using for remote control is UltraVNC SC (Single Click).  It is free, and can be obtained at http://ultravnc.sourceforge.net/addons/singleclick.html
