| LACA now utilizes Zoom to assist you with issues remotely. Zoom lets our staff view your screen remotely, and we can even take mouse and keyboard control to assist you. Please be sure you are already speaking with the staff member who will be assisting you...the staff member will need to start a Zoom meeting before you can connect. After you receive word that the meeting is started, simply click the staff member's name below to join their meeting! |
