The Uniform School Payroll System (USPS) is used to process and track the payroll activities within a school district. USPS is developed by the State Software Development Team on behalf of the Ohio Department of Education. USPS is available through USPSWeb, Reflection, and Reflection on the Web. LACA supports USPS and provides training to member districts on use of the programs. LACA also supports the following additional software utilized by district payroll staff: BeAR, Employee Kiosk, and Safari ODBC.
