Chad first started with LACA in 1994, was promoted to Director of Technology in 2001, and took over as Executive Director in 2017. His role is to oversee all aspects of the LACA organization. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ohio University.

Joey has been with LACA since December
of 1997. He received an Associates Degree in Geographics from Hocking
College in 1997. He also has received certificates in programming and
wiring from Novell. He also holds Cisco CCNP and CCDP
certifications. His role is to oversee the technical aspects of LACA, including mainframes, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
Student Applications Manager
Jerry is a graduate of Washington
State Community College with an Associates Degree in Computer
Programming. Jerry was on the Presidents List, Dean's List, and was a
member of Phi Theta Kappa. As Student Applications Manager, Jerry is
responsible for technical support and report writing on the ProgressBook
Application Suite which includes Gradebook, StudentInformation, and
Instructional Resource Coordinator
Melissa has been with LACA since July of 2016. She is a 2005 graduate of Walsh University with a Bachelor of Science in Education – Intervention Specialist K-12 (Mild/Moderate) and Reading Endorsement. She earned her Master Degree through Ohio University in Education Administration. Before coming to LACA she taught in the classroom as an Intervention Specialist for 11 years. As an Instructional Resource Coordinator, Melissa supports the INFOhio Project and helps support Sirsi K-12 library automation software.
EMIS Support Coordinator
Annie Epperson has a combined total of twenty years in the school setting. She began her career at Rolling Hills Local Schools as Special Education/High School Attendance Secretary (one year) and EMIS Coordinator (ten years). She was EMIS/Benefits Coordinator at C-TEC, Superintendent Administrative Assistant at Cambridge City Schools, EMIS Coordinator for Summit Academy Community Schools and most recently worked at South-Western City Schools as EMIS Data Manager. Annie is a Master Certified EMIS Professional and is working on her EMIS Data Manager certification. Her primary responsibilities are SpS support and EMIS support backup.
Fiscal Support Coordinator
Jake joined LACA in June 2020, following 13 years of financial & operational experience in manufacturing. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Marietta College. As a Fiscal Support Coordinator, Jake will be supporting USAS-R, USPS-R, & Kiosk.
Technical Services Coordinator
Charles joined LACA in June 2015 after
working at the WHIZ Media Group for 8 years. In his previous position
he designed and managed the network and server infrastructure as well as
developed custom in-house tools and applications. In his free time,
Charles enjoys spending time with his friends and watching hockey.
Adminstrative Applications Manager
Mary is a 1987 graduate of Cedarville
College with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Accounting and Computer
Information Systems. Mary was the Assistant Treasurer at Tri-Valley
Local Schools for 2 1/2 years and Treasurer at West Muskingum Local
Schools for 1 1/2 years prior to coming to LACA in May of 1992. Mary's
primary responsibility is to assist the districts in implementing the
EMIS data and helping the districts to correct errors and interpret
reports. Because of her background, she is backup support for Fiscal
applications. Mary is also responsible for installing all the State
Student Services Support Coordinator
Elizabeth joined LACA in October
2006. She has a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in
Human Development and Family Studies. As a Student Services Support
Coordinator, Elizabeth supports The ProgressBook Application suite which
includes GradeBook, StudentInformation, and SPS.
Leanne has been with LACA since July
2010. She has an Associate Degree in Applied Business in Microcomputer
Applications from Muskingum Area Technical College(Zane State College).
She is continuing her education by taking classes towards a Bachelor’s
Degree in the Specialized Studies Program at Ohio University –
Director of Operations
Dean has over 25 years of experience with Information Technology Centers in various roles of customer service support and administration. His role is to oversee the operational aspects of LACA, including the various software applications provided to our customers. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Defiance College.
Robert joined LACA in May 2010. He comes from the IT department at a Television and Radio station in Zanesville, Ohio. Robert has a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/Networking. As Systems Manager, Robert is responsible for the overall operation of the LACA Server and Network Infrastructure.
Fiscal Support Coordinator
Kari joined LACA in November 2014.
She has worked in a school treasurer’s office for 7 years, providing her
with experience in payroll, accounting, and EMIS. She has a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State
University. Kari will be supporting fiscal applications, including USAS,
USPS, Kiosk, and RAM
Mike joined LACA in March 2019 after graduating from My Computer Career, having obtained numerous industry standard IT certifications. Building on a twenty year technical foundation with diverse experience in CAD/CAM, CNC, and Coding environments. Long history
of customer service roles including talking to customers, resolving issues, and
cold calling. Easily adapts to changing, fast-paced environments, and new
technologies. Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently. Task
and goal oriented with good communication and excellent problem solving
Video Services Manager
David joined LACA in December 2003, following eight years of service with AT&T and Bank One. As Video Services Manager, he provides technical support of the LACA distance learning program and assists with E-Rate and network services. He has served as chair of the Ohio Distance Learning Association since 2014. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Jon Stoehr joined LACA in May of 2016. He brings with him over a decade and a half of IT experience, with more than half of that gained while working at a local career center. Jon has his Associates Degree in Information Technology, and is continuing to work on his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. In conjunction with his education, and experience, Jon also hold several industry certifications, the most recent being earned for VMware. Jon provides support for internet filtering, wireless services, and LACA's Datacenter infrastructure. Jon also provides backup support for video services, Cisco VoIP phone systems, and LAN support.

September of 2008. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Malone University
in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Public Relations. As a
Student Services Support Coordinator, Meghan is supporting the
ProgressBook Application Suite which includes Gradebook,
StudentInformation, and SPS.
