The purpose of LACA is to develop, support, and provide leadership in administrative, educational, and network technology for the member boards of education while striving to surpass customer expectations.
Below is an alphabetical listing of fiscal related software programs supported by LACA. For more details on any programs, feel free to email fiscal@laca.org.
BeAR
BeAR (Better Access to Reports) is a web based product that allows users to easily access various fiscal, student, and EMIS reports. You must have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to view the PDF reports, and you must have Microsoft Excel installed to view the XLS reports. Access is granted by your district's BeAR Administrator (usually a member of your Treasurer's office). BeAR is maintained and supported by LACA.
 
eFinancePLUS

PowerSchool eFinancePLUS is a fiscal software package selected by the MCOECN as an ERP able to meet the needs of Ohio school districts. Additional details and pricing can be obtained by emailing fiscal@laca.org.

Employee Kiosk
The Employee Kiosk is a web based product that interfaces with USPS to allow employees to enter leave requests, track vacation/sick/professional leave, and view paystubs and W2 information. The Employee Kiosk is developed, maintained, and housed at the MCOECN. LACA supports the Employee Kiosk and offers training to districts on its programs. 
 
RAM
RAM (Requisition Approval Manager) is a workflow system for approving requisitions.  RAM  is maintained and supported by LACA.
 
Reflection & Reflection for the Web
Reflection is required to connect to LACA's USAS/USPS/EIS system. Reflection Desktop is installed directly on your computer, while Reflection for the Web allows you to securely connect to LACA's OpenVMS system from outside the LACA network (home, on vacation, etc).

USASDW
USASDW (USAS Data Warehouse) is a web based product that interfaces with USAS.
 
USASWeb
USASWeb is developed by the State Software Development Team on behalf of the Ohio Department of Education. LACA supports USASWeb and offers training on many of its programs. USASWeb allows users to maintain account, vendor, requisition, purchase order, invoice, check, receipt, and refund information in a user-friendly web interface. User access can be requested through LAMA.
 
USPSWeb

USPSWeb is developed by the State Software Development Team on behalf of the Ohio Department of Education.
