LACA has been providing information to you over the last two months about the Software Answers ProgressBook Suite being moved to the MCOECN Hosted Environment.  We now have a solid date for the move.   We will shut down on Friday April 20th at 4:00pm to begin moving the data to the hosting site.

The system will be offline all day Saturday as Software Answers does setup and LACA staff do testing, and we expect the system to be back online by 4pm on Sunday, April 22nd (if not earlier).    At that point, all services will be running out of the hosting site (StudentInformation, Gradebook, SpecialServices, Datamap, and VirtualClassroom).   All locally developed LACA software like SINC and all data export jobs to external systems like bus routing, food services, alerting systems will be tied to the hosting system as well.

Thank you for your understanding as we make this move.  We anticipate the system will be operating much faster after this move takes place so you will receive that benefit for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year.
